How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select pincodes at checkout.
Is shipping really free above ₹699?
Yes! All orders with a subtotal of ₹699 or more ship free. A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies below that.
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a Size Guide button with chest, waist, and height measurements. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay — plus Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your code on the cart page and press Apply. Try LUEMODA10 for 10% off orders above ₹499.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon!
