🚚 Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of ₹699 or more.
• A flat ₹79 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹699.
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India.
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days for select pincodes (shown at checkout).
• You will receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order ships.

↩️ Returns & Exchange

• Easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery — no questions asked.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Size exchanges are free (subject to availability).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of pickup. COD refunds go to your bank account/UPI.
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

📦 How to Start a Return

• Go to My Account → My Orders and choose the item to return, or email us at hello@luemoda.in.
• Our team schedules a doorstep pickup within 24–48 hours.
• Keep the product packed and ready with the invoice.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing them. After dispatch, please use the return process above instead.
